Q. Does Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino charge a daily resort fee?

A. Yes. A mandatory $19.99 resort fee (plus tax) per day will be charged upon check-in to all guests. The resort fee will include the following hotel services: wireless Internet access for one device (excludes convention area), cardio room access for up to two adults, and use of in-room safe, and local and toll-free domestic (800) calls.

Q. Is there a golf course close to Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino?

A. Yes. The Las Vegas Country Club golf course is directly across the street from the property. It is a private golf course and to gain entry you must either be a member, a hotel guest and reserve tee times through our VIP Lounge, or book our Las Vegas Golf Package for your stay.

Q. How many guests do you allow per room?

A. Las Vegas NV hotel policy allows a maximum of four guests per room. There is an additional charge of $35.00 per person per night for the third and fourth guest in one room.

Q. Does Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino allow pets?

A. No. Pets are not allowed on the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino property, with the exception of assistance animals (those needed to assist the physically challenged). If you need information on boarding kennels, please contact our Hotel Operator at (702) 732-5111.

Q. What time is check-in and check-out?

A. You may check-in anytime after you arrive at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. Your room will be available after 3:00pm. You may store your luggage with our Bell Desk, at no charge, until that time. Check-out is 12:00 noon. Extended check-out is an option, for an additional charge, and is based on availability. We are unable to determine the availability of a late check-out prior to the date of departure.

Q. How can I obtain a copy of my bill from a previous visit? Who should I contact regarding a discrepancy on my bill?

A. To obtain this information and you have already checked-out of the hotel, please contact our Accounting Department at (702) 732-5571 or (800) 897-4881 between 8:00am – 4:00pm PST Monday – Friday. If you are still checked-in the hotel, please contact our Front Desk at (702) 732-5840 24 hours a day.

Q. Can I receive a rate and availability quote, or make a change to an existing reservation via email?

A. Yes. Reservation changes, along with a rate and availability quote, can be given via email. Q. Does Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino offer free parking for hotel guests?

A. Yes. For your convenience, we offer free uncovered self-parking and covered parking in our North Tower parking garage, as well as free uncovered self-parking in our SUPERBOOK® parking lot. We also offer Valet Parking at our Main Hotel entrance.

Q. How close is Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino to the Strip, Las Vegas Monorail and the Las Vegas Convention Center?

A. LVH - Las Vegas Hotel & Casino is just a few blocks from the Las Vegas Strip. We are also the last stop along the Las Vegas Monorail, which offers transportation to and from the Strip. The Las Vegas Convention Center is conveniently located right next door to Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.

Q. How do I get from the airport to Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino?

A. There are various methods to get to Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino:

2. Rent a car (Avis, Thrifty, Hertz, Enterprise, Budget, Dollar, Alamo, etc.)
3. Bell Trans (Shuttle & limo services are available from 9:00am – 11:00pm)

Q. Do you supply a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport for people who stay at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino?

A. Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino does not provide shuttle service however, Bell Trans provides a shuttle at the airport for a fee of $7 per person, depending on day and time.

Q. Does your hotel provide wheelchairs or offer room accommodations for the physically challenged?

A. Yes. Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino has wheelchairs available for hotel guests upon arrival. Wheelchairs are free of charge and cannot be taken off property. We also offer Las Vegas NV hotel room accommodations for the physically challenged with amenities ranging from roll-in showers to bathroom handrails.
